Á efri hæð Brimsala, í norðurenda hússins, er bjart og opið vinnurými með átta vinnustöðvum sem henta sjálfstætt starfandi einstaklingum, listafólki, frumkvöðlum, fræðafólki, nemendum og fólki í fjarvinnu.

Hver vinnustöð er afmörkuð þannig að næði skapast til vinnu en um leið er auðvelt að eiga samskipti og mynda tengsl við aðra sem deila rýminu. Við hverja vinnustöð er skrifborð, þægilegur vinnustóll og vinnulampi.

Í sameiginlegu rými er kaffiaðstaða, snyrting, stórt vinnuborð sem hentar vel fyrir fundi eða samstarfsverkefni, prentari og ýmis verkfæri sem nýtast í daglegri vinnu.

Eftir samkomulagi og gegn vægu leigugjaldi er einnig hægt að fá afnot af fjölnota sal Brimsala á neðri hæð hússins fyrir fundi, námskeið, fyrirlestra, kynningar, vinnustofur, sýningar eða aðra viðburði. Þetta gerir einstaklingum og hópum kleift að þróa verkefni sín, kynna afrakstur vinnu sinnar og standa fyrir viðburðum í sama skapandi umhverfi.

Located on the upper floor at the northern end of Brimsalir, the co-working space offers eight bright and flexible workstations for freelancers, artists, entrepreneurs, researchers, students, and remote workers.

Each workstation provides a degree of privacy while remaining part of an open and collaborative environment. Every workspace includes a desk, a comfortable chair, and a task lamp.

Shared facilities include a coffee area, restroom, a large communal worktable for meetings or collaborative projects, a printer, and a selection of practical tools for everyday use.

By prior arrangement and for a modest rental fee, users of the co-working space may also rent the multifunctional hall on the ground floor for meetings, workshops, lectures, presentations, exhibitions, or other professional and cultural events. This provides an opportunity to develop projects, present the results of their work, and host events within the same creative environment.

Designed to be both flexible and welcoming, the co-working space is suitable for both short-term and long-term use. It offers a calm and inspiring environment where people can focus on their work, develop new ideas, and connect with others from a wide range of creative and professional backgrounds.
